Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping policy

1. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address and contact info before shipping out. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

2. The shipping time would be based on the order details. About 2 to 4 weeks after making orders.

3. We support different kinds of shipping methods, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air parcel, sea transportation, please confirm the shipping method before payment.

4. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your hands for general order. 


Tracking Methods

1. After your order is dispatched, we will offer you the tracking number by which you could trace your order if required.

2. If your customer service staff doesn’t, please wait with patience. Some time is required by Express Company for uploading.


Returns & exchange 

Return Policy:

1. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. You may return your item(s) within seven days from the date merchandise were received. You must contact us service@sztonton.com, and tell what’s wrong before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached, etc.

2. The return delivery cost should be arranged by yourself. We will refund your payment after the returned item is received. The original shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation:

1. Please cancel an order before the order has been started producing, we process all orders as quickly as possible after confirming the orders, so we are not allowed to cancel an order after it is confirmed, otherwise, you need to afford the cost.

2. Cancellation requests after the order have been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our return policy.
